Brodsky Says Texts Prove Missing Wife Had Affair
CHICAGO -- Authorities
investigating the disappearance of a former suburban Chicago police
officer's wife have obtained a warrant seeking information to identify
who sent a racy text message to her cell phone.

Drew Peterson's attorney, Joel Brodsky, said Thursday that a message
sent to Stacy Peterson's cell phone in September shows she was having
an affair and lends credence to Drew Peterson's contention she left him
for another man.
"This is obviously sent by a lover of Stacy prior to her disappearance. Drew did not send it," Brodsky said of the text message he said was sent Sept. 20. "She was having an intimate affair with somebody and on Sept. 19, had intimate contact."
In the message, the anonymous author referred to Stacy Peterson in a two-sentence message as "my love" and thanked her for a sexual encounter the previous evening, according to a transcript provided by Brodsky. Brodsky said his client turned over the phone to state police Dec. 20 after discovering the message in the device. A private detective hired by Peterson tracked the message to the Sprint Nextel Web site and on Jan. 3, a judge signed an Illinois State Police search warrant for "cellular telephone and online accounts which may contain evidence of the commission of First Degree Murder" and other crimes. Sprint Nextel spokesman Dave DeVries said anyone can use the company's Web site to text-message subscribers without being required to log in or open an account. He declined to comment on whether it is possible to track who sent messages. Stacy Peterson vanished Oct. 28. In November, police labeled her disappearance a possible homicide and named Drew Peterson, a former Bolingbrook police sergeant, a suspect. He has not been charged and has denied any involvement in her disappearance. Of the possible significance of the text message, Brodsky said, "In my mind, there's another suspect out there." He said if the person who sent the message also disappeared, that would suggest he and Stacy Peterson went away together. "If that person didn't vanish, we'd certainly want to question that person about where he was on Oct. 28."A spokeswoman for Stacy Peterson's family says it's "ludicrous" to suggest the missing woman was having an affair. Pamela Bosco says the claims just aren't legitimate. While Peterson's family and friends say she was considering divorcing her husband, Drew, she didn't have a relationship with anyone else.

Hmmm...there is something more than it meets the eye here, something like trying to draw the heat away from that which should be flamethrowered...hmmm...the old Brutus after Caesar's Assasination tactic. It is totally unfair to besmirch a missing person's reputation but such racy revelations from unreliable text message evidence. It is unfair to her friends and family but the implicator may have something deep a reason to do so, which is nowhere near pleasant I suppose. Or else, why not help in finding her than put her in a bad light?
There will be closure to this but such actions are uncalled for, talk about sour graping by the man.
You are correct, my friend. He is so incredibly narcissistic that he cannot see the implications of his actions. Justice will be served for Stacy, for Kathleen (his murdered ex-wife), and for all others (for, sadly, I am certain there are more victims).
do you know that lots have gone missing also that are connected with the clintons, have a look at this link, i know its not connected to this blog but i think in US politics something isnt right and lots are dissapearing that stand up to, hey you should do a blog on alex jones he is awsome and totally right, sorry for going off subject here but the last year i have uncovered so much stuff it has my head spinning, can i ask what do you think about the niribu thing, from what i can gather you was correct in stating outside influences are effecting the weather, but i fear it isnt just the sun, it seems we have a dwarf star and we are part of a binary system, this was found out by nasa in 1983 and is what the sumarians refere too as the home of the anunaki, some cultures refere to it as eris or the god of chaos, again i know im off track here, but i feel this could be the smoking gun that is the hidden agenda. that will bring about martial law as alex talks about and the new world order.

I think Nibaru; aka, Planet X, has a lot to do wit the strange weather we've been experiencing. If you're interested, there is a GREAT scientist/astro physicist, James. McCanney. He has tremendous insights and info about all of that and I'm certain you will love this guy.

for new visitors to this site ... there are 2.2 giga bytes of information on this page including archives of my weekly radio show ... all of the shows are valid today so try to listen to as many as you can ... in addition there are published books, papers, videos and CDs that will give you a good introduction to my life long work and give you a fundamental understanding of how our universe, solar system and earth weather really work ... this is just the introduction to my work ... i have a number of projects ongoing in the background and continue with my research in mathematics and the electrical nature of the cosmos ... jim mccanney
yes i will have a look this is a very interesting topic, and the more i dig into it the deeper the hole goes. and defenately effecting the weather, did you hear about the strange lightning in the uk that had no thunder or sound, am i wrong in thinking as electricity passes through the air it travels faster than sound thus causing the thunder. it was an awsome display. many stikes at once. james McCanny has some very interesting information on there. thanks for the time for the reply.

In a revolutionary leap that could transform solar power from a marginal, boutique alternative into a mainstream energy source, MIT researchers have overcome a major barrier to large-scale solar power: storing energy for use when the sun doesn't shine.

Until now, solar power has been a daytime-only energy source, because storing extra solar energy for later use is prohibitively expensive and grossly inefficient. With today's announcement, MIT researchers have hit upon a simple, inexpensive, highly efficient process for storing solar energy.
Requiring nothing but abundant, non-toxic natural materials, this discovery could unlock the most potent, carbon-free energy source of all: the sun. "This is the nirvana of what we've been talking about for years," said MIT's Daniel Nocera, the Henry Dreyfus Professor of Energy at MIT and senior author of a paper describing the work in the July 31 issue of Science. "Solar power has always been a limited, far-off solution. Now we can seriously think about solar power as unlimited and soon."
Inspired by the photosynthesis performed by plants, Nocera and Matthew Kanan, a postdoctoral fellow in Nocera's lab, have developed an unprecedented process that will allow the sun's energy to be used to split water into hydrogen and oxygen gases. Later, the oxygen and hydrogen may be recombined inside a fuel cell, creating carbon-free electricity to power your house or your electric car, day or night.
The key component in Nocera and Kanan's new process is a new catalyst that produces oxygen gas from water; another catalyst produces valuable hydrogen gas. The new catalyst consists of cobalt metal, phosphate and an electrode, placed in water. When electricity -- whether from a photovoltaic cell, a wind turbine or any other source -- runs through the electrode, the cobalt and phosphate form a thin film on the electrode, and oxygen gas is produced.
Combined with another catalyst, such as platinum, that can produce hydrogen gas from water, the system can duplicate the water splitting reaction that occurs during photosynthesis.
The new catalyst works at room temperature, in neutral pH water, and it's easy to set up, Nocera said. "That's why I know this is going to work. It's so easy to implement," he said.
'Giant leap' for clean energySunlight has the greatest potential of any power source to solve the world's energy problems, said Nocera. In one hour, enough sunlight strikes the Earth to provide the entire planet's energy needs for one year.
James Barber, a leader in the study of photosynthesis who was not involved in this research, called the discovery by Nocera and Kanan a "giant leap" toward generating clean, carbon-free energy on a massive scale.
"This is a major discovery with enormous implications for the future prosperity of humankind," said Barber, the Ernst Chain Professor of Biochemistry at Imperial College London. "The importance of their discovery cannot be overstated since it opens up the door for developing new technologies for energy production thus reducing our dependence for fossil fuels and addressing the global climate change problem."
'Just the beginning'Currently available electrolyzers, which split water with electricity and are often used industrially, are not suited for artificial photosynthesis because they are very expensive and require a highly basic (non-benign) environment that has little to do with the conditions under which photosynthesis operates.
More engineering work needs to be done to integrate the new scientific discovery into existing photovoltaic systems, but Nocera said he is confident that such systems will become a reality.
"This is just the beginning," said Nocera, principal investigator for the Solar Revolution Project funded by the Chesonis Family Foundation and co-director of the Eni-MIT Solar Frontiers Center. "The scientific community is really going to run with this."
Nocera hopes that within 10 years, homeowners will be able to power their homes in daylight through photovoltaic cells, while using excess solar energy to produce hydrogen and oxygen to power their own household fuel cell. Electricity-by-wire from a central source could be a thing of the past.
The project is part of the MIT Energy Initiative, a program designed to help transform the global energy system to meet the needs of the future and to help build a bridge to that future by improving today's energy systems. MITEI Director Ernest Moniz, Cecil and Ida Green Professor of Physics and Engineering Systems, noted that "this discovery in the Nocera lab demonstrates that moving up the transformation of our energy supply system to one based on renewables will depend heavily on frontier basic science."
The success of the Nocera lab shows the impact of a mixture of funding sources - governments, philanthropy, and industry. This project was funded by the National Science Foundation and by the Chesonis Family Foundation, which gave MIT $10 million this spring to launch the Solar Revolution Project, with a goal to make the large scale deployment of solar energy within 10 years.

that is very interesting i hope they can develope this, but i think even with free energy they will make us pay for it, this does sound similar to browns gas,, that is another interesting science on its own,, i think with browns gas generation and burning it may be possible to achieve over unity, whereas more energy comes out than what goes in.
The resources we need arethere - the universe ALWAYS provides.
So if Stacy Peterson was having a affair would that make her husband want to kill her even more. Most states have the no fault law meaning .That having a affair does not mean you will get anymore or any less if you were cheated on. I was A PI for a few years. And in Massachusetts At that time I did some marital jobs. She cheated on her husband. This husband cheated on his wife. If there is no children present and you are in a room full of people having sex.And your husband comes home and you are just being *&^& by a bunch of people. But it is behind a closed door or if it is the husband with a bunch of people getting %#*&. The courts do not look at it like the other person would have to pay more in the divorce. So if Stacy was having a affair she could still get money from her husbands pension and any investments he had.And still get the money of half of the house.Would that make some people want to kill.
The belief is that he killed her to avoid payng anything, regardless. The affair thing was a ploy to make it appear that Stacy ran away with another man. That's all.
Yes I agree I think he killed her just like the other one.
