Quick Amazing Meal in 15 Minutes

June 3, 2007 / by whereabouts

I came up with another concoction meal today that I absolutely loved! I'm always concocting something. This one was a piece of cake.

This is not a gourmet meal but it is a quickie. You can use fresh veggies and herbs if you want to make it in gourmet fashion. I was looking for a 10-15 minute quickie (which this was).

1/2 bag (20 oz.) Frozen Mediterranean Style bow tie pasta with asparagus, carrots, and red onion and seasoned sauce.

Preheat oven to 350*

3 Tilapia Fillets
Olive Oil
Dill Weed
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Celery Salt
Dried Parsley

Cover a baking pan with Aluminum foil for easy clean up. Lightly cover bottom of foil wrapped pan with olive oil. Place Tilapia fillets in pan. Sprinkle with onion powder (I use heavily for onion removes fishy taste), Dill Weed, Garlic Powder, Celery Salt, and dried Parsley to taste. Place in oven.

Prepared Mediterranean pasta mix according to package directions. (I use extra water and add the sauce into the pan to heat up).

When pasta is complete, Tilapia will be done. Place Tilapia on plate and cover with pasta mix. Eat.

It is AMAZING and only takes a few minutes!

Enjoy!

[SMILE] Yum — sounds delicious! Chicken would work well, too, don't you think? So would a splash of wine in the pasta/vegetable mix? Ooooo. Gotta try it!

Sure, chicken would be great too! I'm a vegetarian so no chicken for me but I'm sure it would be fabulous! It would also be good with some tofu marinated in Italian Dressing then fried up and tossed in! Mmmmmmmmmm...

Aren't the best meals the ones where you try things out? Never heard of a tilapia fish before!
